On a sunny Saturday by a small canal in Amsterdam where I normally do not go often, a peculiar sight caught my attention. From a distance, I thought I saw a Morgan or perhaps a Caterham, but it turned out to be somewhat rarer than that. Judging by the green deposits on the hood, this convertible had been standing outside for a while and could certainly use a thorough cleaning. But what was it? It turned out to be a buggy over 46 years old, built by the Amsterdam company Ruska: a Ruska Regina.
