The historic centre of Aalten is the setting for the annual International Classic Car Meeting on Ascension Day. A maximum of 350 cars, motorcycles, and mopeds will be lined up in the streets around the Market Square that day. In the afternoon, the vehicles can be presented and the prizes awarded. From three o'clock onwards, there is the opportunity to take a scenic drive through the beautiful Eastern Achterhoek.
