European Veteran Rally

With the 24th EUROPEAN VETERAN RALLY, 30 owners of historic automobiles are visiting Belgium, France, Southern England, and the two Channel Islands, Jersey and Guernsey. These gems, just off the coast of Normandy, are definitely worth a visit. The British Isles are a mix of English and French atmosphere. Not only is the nature there often breathtaking and unmistakably different from elsewhere, but the cities, villages, and countless bays and cliffs also look postcard-perfect. And, in early May, it is still reasonably quiet, and the veterans find a warm welcome in the beautifully situated hotels serving French cuisine, where the large and ultra-fresh seafood platters are particularly famous.
