33rd Classic Car Day Alphen a/d Rijn

The first Oldtimer Day in Alphen aan den Rijn dates back to 1983. This laid the foundation for a unique annual classic car event for young and old. Thanks in part to the contributions and efforts of a number of sponsors, the event grew into the largest classic car festival in the Western Netherlands and is even the largest classic car festival in the Netherlands organized in a city center.

Now that the Rijnplein and surrounding area have also been incorporated into the event grounds, the event has grown into one of the three "A" events of Alphen aan den Rijn, attracting approximately 25.000 to 40.000 visitors annually. The Oldtimer Day is being organized for the 33rd time this year, specifically on September 12, 2015.
